Chicago Series

The KC Series replaced the Force (G) Series in 1989. In 1990, the KC series was changed with model numbers changed/dropped/added. The KC series was eventually replaced by the MG series in '92.

KC20

KC40

- offset double cutaway alder body with deep scalloped cutaways, arched top and back, angled heel design, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, six-on-one-side tuners, Floyd Rose 600S tremolo with locking nut, one exposed humbucker and two single coil Washburn pickups (HSS), two knobs, five-way switch, chrome hardware, available in Black, Charcoal Rain, White, Woodstone Blue, Woodstone Brown, or Woodstone Red finish, mfg. 1989-1991. KC42
- similar to KC40, except has reverse headstock, available in Black, Woodstone Flour. Red, or Woodstone Flour. Yellow finish, mfg. 1990-91. Last MSR was $500.

KC44
- similar to KC40, except has two humbucker and one single coil Washburn pickups (HSH), available in Black Rain or White Rain finish, mfg. 1990-91. Last MSR was $500.

KC60
- similar to the KC70, except has one humbucker and one single coil pickup (HS), available in various finishes, mfg. 1989-1990.

KC70

- offset double cutaway alder body with deep scalloped cutaways, arched top and back, angled heel design, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, six-on-one-side tuners, Floyd Rose 600S tremolo with locking nut, one humbucker and two single coil Washburn Eliminator pickups (HSS), two knobs, three mini-switches, black hardware, available in Black, Metallic Black Cherry, White Rain, Woodstone Brown, Woodstone Silver, or Woodstone Red finish, mfg. 1989-1991. KC70 LH Left-Handed
- similar to the KC70, except in left-handed configuration, available in Black or Woodstone Brown finish, mfg. 1989-1991. Last MSR was $750.

KC90
